These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Content Planning website and application (the “Service”) provided by Plitzy Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
The Service is a free content planning tool designed to help you organize and develop content ideas and plans.
The Free version may include:
- workspaces
- content pillars and sub-topics
- content ideas and related notes
- content plans and calendars
- content maps
- other planning features we make available from time to time
The current Free version does not include paid subscriptions, Content Research (Trendz), Content Analysis, or live AI features unless we explicitly make them available as part of Free.
We may add, modify, or remove features as the Service develops, subject to applicable law.
2. Free access and future paid plans
The Service is currently offered at no charge.
We may introduce paid plans, add-ons, usage limits, or paid features in the future, including Research or Analysis tools. If we do:
- we will clearly display applicable pricing and limits before you purchase;
- Free access may continue with different or lower limits;
- paid features may be subject to additional terms or subscription conditions.
Using the Free version does not give you a right to future paid features.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be 18 years or older to create an account and use the Service.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate account information;
- keeping your login credentials secure;
- all activity carried out through your account.
You must not create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits or other restrictions.
If you believe someone has accessed your account without authorization, please contact us at [email protected]
4. Free-plan limits
The Free version currently includes:
| Feature | Free limit |
|---|---|
| Workspaces | 1 |
| Content pillars | 7 |
| Content ideas | 200 |
We may change these limits as the Service develops. Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
We may also apply reasonable rate limits or temporary restrictions to prevent abuse, protect the Service, and ensure fair use.
If you reach a limit, you may need to delete existing items or move to a paid plan if one is available.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing activities;
- upload malware or other harmful code;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or another user's account;
- overload, disrupt, scrape, or interfere with the Service;
- reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- resell, sublicense, or provide the Service as your own product without our written permission;
- misuse Free access in a way that materially harms the Service, our infrastructure, or other users.
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address serious or repeated violations, security risks, fraud, legal requirements, or threats to the Service or other users.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload to the Service, including your content pillars, ideas, notes, plans, and other materials (“Your Content”).
Your Content is private. The Service does not currently provide public profiles or public links for Your Content, and we will not publicly display it unless you explicitly choose to do so through a feature we introduce in the future.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display Your Content only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and support the Service.
We will not sell Your Content or use it to train AI models unless we clearly inform you and have the necessary legal basis to do so.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to submit Your Content and that your content does not violate applicable law or another person's rights.
If you delete your account, we will fully delete Your Content within a reasonable period. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party services
The Service may use third-party providers for hosting, authentication, email, analytics, security, or other infrastructure.
If we introduce AI, research, or other features that send information to third-party providers, we will explain the relevant processing in our Privacy Policy and, where appropriate, within the Service.
Please do not submit passwords, highly sensitive personal information, confidential client information, or other information you do not have the right to share.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, interface, documentation, and underlying technology, belongs to us or our licensors.
These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
9. Beta features, availability, and support
We may occasionally make experimental, beta, or preview features available. These features may contain errors, limitations, or changes and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee a particular support response time.
For support, contact [email protected]
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the Service will:
- always be available or error-free;
- meet your particular business or marketing objectives;
- produce particular results;
- provide legal, financial, marketing, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for how you use information, ideas, and recommendations generated or organized through the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- you materially breach these Terms;
- we need to do so to address security, fraud, or legal issues;
- your use creates a significant risk to the Service or other users; or
- we discontinue the Free Service.
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice before terminating access because of a breach. We may act immediately where necessary to protect the Service, our users, or comply with the law.
If we permanently discontinue the Free Service, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable and will handle your data as described in Section 6 and our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service develops, including when we introduce new features or paid plans.
We will post the updated Terms and change the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice by email or through the Service where practicable.
Where permitted by applicable law, continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.
14. Feedback
If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you allow us to use that feedback to improve or develop the Service without restriction or compensation to you.
This does not give us ownership of Your Content.
15. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, how long we keep it, and your rights under applicable data-protection law.
16. Governing law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights or protections available to you under applicable law.
Any dispute will be subject to the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law.
